CP-E EWG Mani

So i want to know which downpipes work with this manifold without having the o2 hit the ewg.

So far the only one that i've been told that works is the ebay/m2 downpipe. Anyone else had success with a different dp?

I had a custom DP made with a Tial flange works no problem. I'd say just buy a regular DP and have someone move the bung for you.

fuck cp-e, there's no downpipe works with it, i had cpe downpipe, i got custom downtube, it was the only solution..

WTF you talkin about? have you tried each one? I have the CP-E mani and have used an EWG with SSP Dump tube without issues. I hav ea full UR turbo back exhaust.

so dont waste ur money to buy kosmic tube, go some local shop and get custom downtube

Wich one the v1 or v2 dp. I need to know this so I add it to the list. You didn't have to relocate the o2 bung did you?

I have the V1 UR DP. I do have a second bung welded in, but the O2 sensor in either one would not have been in the way. the only issue, if you can call it that, was securing the wiring away from direct heat sources. couple of zip ties did the job. No issues.

Supposedly Kozmic is coming out soon with a DP. Not sure of the flange options, but I know they are making a vband.

Pretty sure they already did. I saw a picture posted up somewhere with about 6-7 of them lined up and freshly welded.

Unfortunately this downpipe would have to be modified to run on a garrett turbo. Garrett turbo Vband flanges are different then a Precision, you would have to have the flange chopped off and have a new Garrett Vband flange welded back on.

The piece is very top notch quality, it was designed around running a Precision Vband inlet/outlet housing turbo on a CPe manifold.

The entire downpipe would have to be modified for that too work Iboo. This would extend the downpipe off the turbo further causing lower fitment issues with clearance etc!

So the litter flapper door thing to the far left is where the SSP dump tube would route too with the Tial-MVR WG. large amount of space between the tube and o2 sensor.

Guys,

The CP-e Downpipe does WORK with the manifold (ask me how I know).

The O2 sensor has no issues with hitting the wastegate.

It is the SSP (actually Kozmic I believe?) dumptube that interferes with the O2 location, which they obviously could not forsee.

Also, the Tial V-Band housings are a different matting surface on the discharge. A PTE V-Band discharge flange will not mate up or create a seal.

That's correct. You'll need to have a new flange welded on an potentially the dp modified for how the precision turbo hangs lower

The question has been asked many times and has yet to be answered, what setup for dump tube are you using (custom, new Kosmic, SSP modified, no dump tube)? I have heard that kosmic (the old SSP company) now have an EWG dump tube that fits without running into the O2 sensor? Am I wrong?

I have a CP-E Turbo manifold, Tial 44mm EWG, CP-E DP. Can anyone please chime in for once and answer the question?

Also, no I'm not buying a new DP

I have exactly same setup like urs( cpe mani, cpe DP and 44ewg) I end it up ordered custom downtube, kozmic didn't work.
