Default Forge V2 Loud Squeak

Hey guys, just installed a Forge V2 on my MS6, I was getting a loud squeak noise coming from the stock BPV so I decided I needed to upgrade or replace, now its even louder. It blows off perfectly fine at high RPMs but when I decide to shift lower, it makes a loud squeak instead of the normal sound. I am running it with the blue spring and 2 shims, paired with JBR TIP and SRI. I just serviced the BPV with synthetic grease. Any suggestion what is causing this obnoxious noise? Can't find anything on Google or Youtube to compare the noise too, but it's like a dog yelping or if you were to wipe your finger across a wet sink/window/bathtub.

Take both shims out or try it with just one. See if it subsides.

Could possible be the O-ring between the BPV and Flange or the flange and cold pipe, for the bpv-flange, take off bpv you'll see two notches at the bottom, use needle nose pliers and try tightening it, my forge was loose when new.

Ok tightened the flange, re lubed, removed both shims one at a time and still the noise. Squeaks at 2.5k and 3.5k rpm when I let off. Could something be wrong with my intake? I have a JBR TIP & SRI.

my v1 made that noise at times. no clue wtf it was. i cleaned it, used some lithium, and it either stayed or went away. wish I could help you more man. other than the o rings being the culprit or a leak in the bpv area i couldn't suggest much more. good luck finding the issue.

No one can identify the noise? it made the same noise with the stock bpv just quieter, so it might not even be the bpv.
