Quick bpv question

I'm aware the stock bpv is plenty fine for my set up.. On that note for safe measure and +2rice power I got a bpv. Installed it.. Weird clicking noise when I tap the gas. Sounds like a little knock like a broken rmm or something. The sound is coming directly from the turboxs bpv. I monitored knock and see nothing but still took it off cause of the little tick it makes. I took it apart and the inside looks fine the gaskets and spring are all straight. Any ideas.. Do I need an updated tune for just the bpv?

take it apart again and clean it out, regrease it.

Cleaned and regreased and sounds fine now.

I ended up having to take it out. Not only was it making the click noise but on deceleration the car would make a weird whine noise and my CEL came on.

I do AP.. But @freaktune.

Put the stock bpv back on and no more CEL. I know the thing is not broken cause I took it completly apart and the peices all looked fine. I think its either the tune or because my LTFT's are jumping all over the place. But this still does not explain the noises.

Maybe a vac leak? Any locals around you would consider swapping out stock bpv to see if its just that. Have them trst yours on their car
