Default Symptoms of a bad MAP sensor?

A few weeks ago I picked up a dashhawk. I decided to monitor boost with it and my boost gauge for comparison. The dashhawk was never even close to actual boost levels. Its almost always in vacuum and off more that 5psi at higher boost levels. I posted before and others said I needed a MAFcal. Eventually I got a HT and set the cal to my intake, same result.

I also seafoamed my car and got a cel, I checked it with my DH. It was a misfire code which is understandable but I also got another one, something about a bad MAP sensor. I dont remember the code.

I was seeing 15.x stock and now 17.x with HT. Seems to me the boost levels are correct and everything else seems to be fine so I dont know whats going on. Any ideas?

if you dont write down the code its hard to help you.

also 15.9 and 17.1 arent unusual for hotter/colder days. the ECU till target the boost it needs to hit a load target.

Its also usually the other way around, your boost gauge probably isnt correct.

Yeah I shouldve written it down because it hasnt came back but the dashhawk reading is still way off. I was just saying Im seeing normal boost levels for stock and hypertech tunes with my gauge. Im pretty sure my boost gauge is correct because I am seeing normal levels and I tested it against a NIST certified gauge before I installed it.
