i appreciate the write up but it leads me to a couple of questions being a noob to turbo applications myself. what are the advantages to going with a bpv vs. bov? likewise what are the advantages or disadvantages of running vent to atmosphere vs. recirculation? i am planning on doing some light mods mostly bolt ons... I already have the cpe sri on the way and plan on getting the turbo inlet when they are back in stock. cbe and possibly a dp are down the road, and i want to know if i would benefit more from a bpv or bov because that will be my next mod after the inlet. assuming the difference in price and sound is not an issue, what will put less wear and tear on the engine? i don't plan on racing, just want a little extra kick. thanks in advance.

VTA is nifty for sound only in this application. It yields slightly less HP and with these cars it causes popping and stuttering. Get a BPV or a BOV with a recuirc fitting.
