I would be...but only when my car has 29,999 miles on it.

I don't even see the point in that torque limiter...I still get a shit load of torque steer in 2nd gear anyway lol...the new steering stabilizers are more of a godsend than the ECU retard mode.

And while your at it Mazda license Revo-Knuckle for North America since Ford seems to have no desire to sell the Focus RS here.

On the topic of torque steer.

Revo-knuckle for this car is something I've had my fingers crossed for ever since I saw top gear review the Focus RS.

From the photos, it looks like you could replace just the knuckle part of the suspension. I wanna emphasize the word 'looks' in that sentence though, because I am in no way knowledgeable about suspension. Hell, I don't even know what 'scrub angle' refers to.

All I know is that I want to be able to put down 300whp without having insane torque steer. And the rest of the suspension on our cars is phenomenal. Just two struts and we're in business.

REVOKNUCKLE looks to be possible. Just for kicks I am going to email a few FORD parts suppliers in Europe and see if I can get the parts diagram and prices.

Back on topic: I am a little apprehensive about installing my pile of parts (SRI, catless DP, catless RP) without tune so I hope there is some news from CP-E soon. I don't want to spend a pile of money on my speed3, but safety first and all. I need to squirrel away some cash to start my other project (Eunos Cosmo 20b)

Definitely keep me posted on this, I am extremely interested that suspension - Although if it ends up being available, and I do end up getting it, I'm going to be much more likely to go crazy with the mods - as in trying to push 350+ whp, which is not going to be easy on the old pocketbook.

If the mazdaspeed TC3 unit the is being develpoped is a side by side unit, don't products like ones from MoTeC already offer something of the same vain?

AFAIK, the current offerings or direct injection are limited at best. No standalone has the drive circuitry for our injectors, except maybe a diesel standalone, which wouldn't have any control over spark lol.

It's kind of a new market.

I suppose since the MS6 has a separate injector driver, you could kludge an existing standalone in, and make it work i'm sure. But for both gen's of the MS3, the driver module is integrated in the ecu, and there's not real feasible way to make it work.
