(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score Hello, I'm pretty new here and I recently became the ridiculously happy owner of a used 2010 MS3. Now, from what I understand, buying someone else's modded car is generally a bold move. I used to drive a POS protégé, so when I drove through the lot and found a wrapped black MS3 with CS exhaust and intake that made my nethers tingle when I ran through the gears, I had to take it home. The down side to this is, I have no clue what things the previous owner has done and the dealership was of little help. The one thing unique is the sound of the turbo. I constantly get asked what turbo is in it and I just tell them stock because I have no clue. I can't seem to get a good view of it because it's hidden behind the engine. I assume it's stock, but I'd like to know for sure. Plus I've been considering getting an AP for it and I'm pretty sure I need to know what mods it's running. The only thing I have seen is a portion of a number written on the side of the turbo which was just "H2" is there any better way to get a view of it? The other possibility is that I have a massive leak somewhere, which I'm going to be in the process of checking, but from what I understand, the stock K04 isn't this loud. Sorry for being a noobass. Thanks for any advice. |
