CHECKING ON ORDERS: What to do

Hey guys, we've had many threads and questions come up in our section asking about orders. We definitely understand needing to know what's going on with shipments and parts. However, probably one of the biggest challenges for us is having multiple places where people message us. The threads are really designed for product discussions, technical discussions, announcements, etc. Feedback is always welcomed in here too.

Please note the following when checking on orders.

PHONE
Calling us is a great way to get a hold of us. If we are not on the phone already or out of the office, we always answer a phone call when it comes in.

EMAIL
orders@edgeautosport.com is the best email to use when checking on an order. We constantly check this email for order updates, tracking numbers, etc.

Private message works good for us too. Most of the time, Alan Jackson is on the forum checking messages and responding to threads.

This is the easiest and quickest way to get answers on the questions you have.
